These Terms & Conditions govern the website design, development, and automation services provided by Maphake Automation ("we", "us", "our") to clients ("you"). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
We provide website design and development, AI chatbot integration, WhatsApp automation, booking systems, CRM and business automation, e-commerce stores, landing pages, and related digital services. The specific scope of each project is agreed in writing before work begins.
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR). Package prices are listed as "starting from" and the final quote depends on your specific requirements. A formal quote is provided and must be approved in writing before any work begins. Domain registration and hosting are separate costs billed directly to you.
A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the project, before the website goes live or final files are handed over. All payments are made via EFT bank transfer. An invoice is provided for every transaction.
Estimated project timelines are agreed with you upfront and begin once we receive all required content from you, including text, images, and branding. Delays in providing content may extend the timeline.
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds (Starter: 1; Business: 2; Smart + AI: 3). Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be quoted separately.
You are responsible for providing accurate content, ensuring you have the rights to any materials you supply (text, images, logos), and reviewing work promptly. You confirm that any content you provide does not infringe third-party rights.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered website is transferred to you. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party assets (fonts, libraries, stock images) remain subject to their own licenses.
Domains and hosting are arranged in your name and billed directly by the relevant provider. We are not responsible for outages, price changes, or issues caused by third-party providers, including domain registrars, hosting companies, and AI service providers.
Optional monthly maintenance is available as an add-on. Without a maintenance plan, post-launch changes are quoted on a per-request basis. We are not liable for issues arising from changes made by you or third parties after handover.
We deliver services to a professional standard but do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as traffic, sales, or rankings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
If you cancel a project after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable as it covers work already performed. Any work completed beyond the deposit value may be invoiced.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time your project is agreed applies to that project.
